2. In short

No user accounts, no advertising or analytics cookies, no tracking, no social media plugins. Fonts and libraries are served from our own server. Your input stays in your browser.

3. Hosting

The site and our mailbox are hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany, under a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR). The server processes technically necessary data such as IP address, time, page requested and browser type to deliver and protect the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Data is stored only in data centres in Germany.

4. Browser storage

Your room data and unit preference are kept in your browser’s local storage; a service worker caches the site files for offline use. Nothing is sent to us. This storage is strictly necessary for the service you request (§ 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG). You can delete it in your browser settings at any time.

5. Share link and room file

Share links carry your room data after the # sign, which browsers do not send to the server. Room files are created in your browser.

6. Email

If you email us, we process your message and address to reply (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

7. Links

Links to manufacturers and retailers are plain links; the other site only receives your data once you click. Affiliate links are marked “Ad”.

8. Your rights

You have the rights under Art. 15–18, 20 and 21 GDPR and may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR).
